Getting started
This guide will help you feel confident using the Food Services House Patient Meal Ordering System (PMOS for short!) for the first time. You don’t need to learn everything at once - you only need to know where to start.

The system helps you:
Record patient dietary information in one place
Take meal orders digitally
Make sure patients receive the right meal safely
It provides safe, accurate meal delivery with less manual work and fewer errors.
Logging in
1. Open https://app.foodserviceshouse.com/ in your web browser
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click Continue
If you don’t have your log-in details - speak with your line manager.
Next steps
After you log-in you’ll land on the Overview page and will have access to certain features in the right-hand side menu, depending on your job role.
